THE SELECTION changed the lives of thirty-five girls forever. Now, only one will claim Prince Maxon’s heart…

Its swoon meets the Hunger Games in the final instalment of THE SELECTION trilogy!
For the four girls who remain at the palace, the friendships they’ve formed, rivalries they’ve struggled with and dangers they’ve faced have bound them to each other for the rest of their lives.
Now, the time has come for one winner to be chosen.
America never dreamed she would find herself anywhere close to the crown – or to Prince Maxon’s heart. But as the competition approaches its end and the threats outside the palace walls grow more vicious, America realises just how much she stands to lose – and how hard she’ll have to fight for the future she wants.

The breathtaking finale to THE SELECTION trilogy will make you swoon!

My Opinion:

The perfect ending for this saga.

America was more confident, totally sure of what she wants and defends and fights for it. And she lets us know she is going to fight for Illea as well for her dreams.

Maxon was the cute, passionate and kind prince we all know with some anger issues (well justified) but still being as perfect as we know him. (Even tho, some attitudes and decisions he makes through all the saga hurts Mer and also made me feel hurt as well.)

This two characters experience some self-growing during all the saga and here we can see them focused and totally aware of what its coming.

The crew of The Elite is almost gone knowing who will finally be The One and this makes some nervous feelings between the girls, we can see some of The Elite crew coming closer to each other, understanding their reasons to still try to fight for Maxon. And we can see some girls talking freely about her emotions to America and she doing it too with the girls.

It points out, the background story stops being the background and takes an important part of the actual story. With this, we have new faces, new friends and unexpected secrets coming out.

In The Elite we could see more show up on America's Family and here we finally know why.
And not to forget Queen Amberly and her motherhood involving The Elite and we also get a Sneak Peak of her own emotions about the girl who will stay "happily ever after" with her son.

The forever looping triangle was finally solved and in what way... It was surprising, beautiful, full of emotions and I must say, it was a relief to know everyone's feelings at last.

The ending was surprising, it was sad on one side and yet beautiful and with so much LOVE in the other side. Ending the book with an AMAZING quote I consider It will be part of me and my rollercoaster relationship.  * Not sharing because of spoilers. After all, its the ending of the book *

Conclusion: This saga leaves me very satisfied, happy and with a warm feeling.

Rated like this because...
